  • and contact us promptly with clear photos of:
    • the outer packaging,
    • shipping label,
    • internal packaging,
    • and affected items.

Failure to report visible transport damage upon delivery may affect eligibility for transport-related claims.

3. Product Appearance & Variations

Product photos displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

Actual products may vary slightly in:

  • color,
  • texture,
  • stitching,
  • packaging,
  • or minor aesthetic details

due to lighting conditions, screen settings, production batches, or manufacturer updates.

Minor differences do not automatically constitute a product defect.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Full Refunds
